The purpose of my TOS is to keep you and myself safe. Please read the Terms of Service before purchase.
NOTE: Easily accessible colorpicking on sent-in reference sheets is highly appreciated!

⟡ Artist’s Rights ⟡

As the artist, I have the right to refuse service to anyone if:
♱ TOS/DNI is broken
♱ Commissioner behavior interferes (disrespect, flirtatious advances, lack of communication, etc)Communication is highly important for the process to remain smooth and stress-free!

⟡ Commissioner’s Rights ⟡

As the commissioner, you have the right to ask about any/all progress on your commission at anytime. You may request:
𖤐 Changes in posing, expression, background, etc
𖤐 Artistic liberty
𖤐 A refund for any reason

To personalize your commission, I may ask for further character information and their motifs! Each commission takes ~1-10 days to complete depending on que.

⟡ SPECIAL ⟡
You must be 16+ to request for suggestive work and 18+ with the ability to provide legal ID for NSFW. Feral NSFW or CSAM requests, fictitious or not, results in a non-negotiable automated blacklist and a warning to fellow artists.

⟡ Gore may be requested
⟡ Drug/alcohol imagery may be requested
⟡ Multiple characters may be requestedFailure to provide ID will result in refusal of service. Check with me in private for allowed kinks/fetishes and nsfw examples.

⟡ “Do you allow payment plans or holds?” ⟡

I will allow up a max of one calendar week for payment holds and/or divided payment plans while your que slot will be paused. I require full payment before a sketch to avoid fraudulence. If payment or communication remains incomplete after one week, I will drop your reserved slot and proceed with my que.
